Collagen - The 'IN' Drink

It has been quite some time since the blog is updated. But this time I'm sharing with you not on the style part but on the 'beauty' department.

Well, I'm not generalizing but I do think all girls are 'vain' somehow. Who wouldn't wanna look forever youthful with flawless (baby-smooth) skin, right? And what more, studies show that our collagen starts to breakdown at the age of 25, someone once mentioned to me that due to the hot climate in Singapore and Malaysia (it actually deteriorates much earlier at 22). Those are considered gimmics because somehow or rather those thousands of mg are gonna be wasted!

The great thing about this Lennox Firm Up is that it consists of:

1. Aqueous Marine Collagen 5,000mg - low molecular weight and 100% water soluble

2. Coenzyme Q10 - this is beneficial because of its ability to transfer electrons and act as antioxidant (energizes skin cell)

3. Vitamin C - accelerates collagen synthesis

4. Vitamin E - acts as antioxidant
